The team’s escrow coordinator Michelle Woods, Realtor® is filling one of the most important roles of the group!  Michelle is the person who ensures each detail of the escrow process is handled efficiently and with no stress to the clients.  Yes, she does dot the I’s and crosses all the T’s…. all for your benefit!

Keeping up with the times, we recently added our Marketing Specialist, Kimberlee Morgan, Realtor®. Kimberlee not only utilizes traditional marketing methods, but is well aware of the power of the internet.  Getting our listings to thousands of potential buyers online through many social networking sites.

Not only do Sally, Michelle and Kimberlee work as the inside office staff, but also are a part of the sales team, working with listings and purchases.

 Tina Droessler, a licensed Realtor® since 2005 and has been a member to the Lori Bowers Group for the same length of time.   As a member of the sales team she is constantly working to build her own business of dedicated clients.  Tina combines a hard work ethic and a detail-oriented approach with strong communication sills that enable her to identify valuable property investment opportunities for her clients, while educating them on every facet of the real estate process.

Cathy Boscole one more dynamic Realtor®!  Cathy has enjoyed a long and extensive career in new home sales having worked four years with Toll Brothers at Muirfield at PGA West.  She brings another perspective to the already dynamic and diverse group, as wells a long list of loyal clients.  Look for Cathy to produce significant numbers this year.

Leanna Petitt, Realtor® successfully owned a small business for over 30 years.  Spends your money as her own!  Leanna fell in love with the Coachella Valley and everything that the desert has to offer, and even purchase many homes herself!  She is very friendly, loving and never stops working for you, even after you are living in your dream home.
